During this hour together, we will dive deep into the magic of list making, and how when used with intention, can play a pivotal role in helping you to better understand your own limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns, all while expanding the ways in which we choose to support and uplift ourselves.

Through personal examples shared by Rachel and Chloe, to space to begin shaping your own list-making practice, and discovering what works for you and what doesn’t, in this class, you’ll be given the opportunity to redefine what list-making means to you, and how it can best support you in getting you to where you’d like to go.

📝 A Small Note: If you are someone who has morning pages as part of your routine, then this simple list-making process will pair nicely before or after your morning pages.

What Participants Will Need:

  • A notebook (or small notepad)

  • A beloved pen or pencil

About Chloe Almeda (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist based in the north-western part of the United States. Though her primary focus is on the personal essay, you will often find her digging her hands into clay, making home-videos, or re-learning how to play the piano. Curiosity, and exploring the many different ways a story can be told, continue to be the driving force behind everything she does.

~ She writes for Freshly Squeezed, a publication dedicated to our thoughts, and how we can better support ourselves when left alone with them

~ & for everything else, her website: chloealmeda.com

Purchases are in USD and non-refundable.
